What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the details of your request and any documents you send. Our web server also records technical data such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.
Why we use it
We use your data to prepare quotes, deliver the services you order, communicate with you, meet legal and accounting obligations and protect our website against abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the translators, notaries, courier companies, government departments and embassies needed to complete your order, and with our IT and email providers, all of whom are required to keep it confidential. Because ABC Translation is an international company, data may be processed outside Malaysia with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for as long as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, and correction of, your personal data, and withdraw consent for its processing. Contact us at info@abc-offices.com.
