Power of Attorney
Power of Attorney for Use Abroad — Notary & Legalisation
Bilingual powers of attorney prepared, notarised and legalised so they are valid where you need them — for property, banking, inheritance or company matters.
A power of attorney (PoA) lets someone act for you — selling a property, managing an inheritance, opening a bank account or representing a company — when you cannot be there yourself. If you sign in Malaysia but the PoA will be used in another country, it normally has to be notarised and legalised, and often translated.
We coordinate the whole process: a bilingual layout when the destination requires it, signing before a notary public, Wisma Putra authentication and legalisation by the relevant embassy. For powers of attorney that will be used within Malaysia, we can refer you to a local advocate & solicitor.

Frequently asked questions
Can you draft the power of attorney?
We work from the wording required by the receiving lawyer, notary or bank abroad and produce the translated or bilingual version. Legal advice on the content should come from a lawyer in the country where the PoA will be used.
How many signers can attend?
Any number — each signer needs a valid passport or MyKad. Tell us in advance so we book enough time with the notary.
