Authentication of Malaysian documents by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Putrajaya — the key step before any embassy will legalise them.
Wisma Putra, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia (Kementerian Luar Negeri), authenticates the signatures and seals on Malaysian documents so that foreign embassies can rely on them. Without this step most embassies will not legalise a Malaysian document.
Some documents must first be certified by the issuing body or a notary public before Wisma Putra will accept them. We check what applies to your document, prepare it correctly the first time, and handle submission and collection so you avoid repeat trips and rejections.
