Certified Translation
Certified Translation Services in Malaysia
Official, signed and stamped translations of personal, academic, legal and corporate documents — accepted by authorities in Malaysia and abroad.
A certified translation is a complete and accurate translation accompanied by a signed statement of accuracy from the translator or translation company, with the date, contact details and an official stamp. It is what embassies, immigration departments, universities, courts and employers ask for when a document is not in the language they work in.
ABC Translation produces certified translations between Bahasa Malaysia, English and more than 30 other languages. Each translation is done by a qualified native-speaking translator, checked by a second linguist, and formatted to mirror the original so officials can compare both side by side.

Frequently asked questions
Will my certified translation be accepted by the embassy?
Requirements differ by embassy and by purpose. Tell us which authority will receive the document and we will confirm the exact format before we start — including whether notarisation or legalisation is also needed.
Do I need to send the original document?
For most translations a clear scan or photo is enough. Originals are only needed when the translation must be physically bound to the original or when legalisation follows.
How long does a certified translation take?
Standard one-to-three page personal documents are usually ready within 1–3 working days. Express service is available. Larger files are quoted individually.
